Return Policy

All merchandises are sold in “As Is” condition. Customers must inspect all goods and resolve any issues on the box or packaging during loading. The packing list must be reviewed and signed. No claims are accepted after products leave the property. It’s the customer’s responsibility to report any damages/shortages.

All products require a signature or email confirmation at the time of order. 3 pm is the cutoff time for same-day shipping.  

Cabinet in the original box can be returned within 7 calendar days without a restocking fee, a 30% restocking fee will be charged for items returned between 8th and 30th calendar days. No returns/exchanges are accepted after 30th calendar days. 

As they left the warehouse, assembled cabinets in their original condition can be returned within 14 calendar days with a 50% restocking fee for pick-up customers only. There is no exchange or return for special order items.  

For all merchandise, the full invoice must be paid in full before leaving the facility. All finished wood species will exhibit color changes when exposed to different light and environments. Graining differences, mineral streaks, and color variations are expected in wood cabinetry. All wood cabinets will expand and contract due to temperature, humidity, and other environmental factors. Such changes are expected and are not considered defects; therefore, are not guaranteed. No warranties and representations made other than representations outlined in this statement, whether expressed or implied by law, are made instead of such warranties and representations.
